We loved the excellent location, just a stone's throw away from the historic center of the city. The hotel is conveniently situated near the Malta bus terminal, making it easy for us to explore the entire island. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The available breakfast, which was discounted for hotel guests, was not only generous but also delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Malta.
We felt well taken care of during our stay, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is walking distance to major sites in Valetta, the capital of Malta. Great view of the Grand harbour from the restaurant and if you book far enough ahead you can get the same view from your room.
Breakfast starts late (7:30) and the chef, who can prepare an English or American Breakfast, arrives around 8. We do not recommend this restaurant for dinner, as there are excellent choices walking distance away.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with stunning views overlooking the harbor. The balcony Wi-Fi area was excellent and made it easy for us to stay connected during our trip. The staff, particularly Veronica at the bar, were friendly and helpful, providing great service. The restaurant served a good evening meal and breakfast was decent value for money.
There were several disappointing aspects of our stay. The furnishings in the room were old and drab, creating an uninviting atmosphere.

Apart from pleasant staff it is impossible to say anything positive about this awful hotel
I am in the process of drafting a fully detailed complaint to you and relevant consumer protection groups. The hotel is nothing like what you portray and was of the most basic level I have ever encountered anywhere in the world (we are seasoned travelers and used to booking online!) I will be pursuing a refund.
